According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, talents from TNA Wrestling and WWE NXT receive additional pay for their appearances on the other company’s show, though the exact amount was not disclosed. Sapp also noted that counting these crossover appearances toward the guarantee of contracted dates could weaken the argument that wrestlers are independent contractors.
Several NXT stars have made crossover appearances, including Oba Femi, Fraxiom, Cora Jade, Tatum Paxley, Wes Lee, Tyson DuPont, Tyriek Igwe, Sol Ruca, and Wendy Choo. On the TNA side, notable names such as Moose, The Hardys, The Rascalz, Masha Slamovich, and Joe Hendry have appeared on NXT TV, with more crossover moments expected in the future.
